4.10.7 Deferral Jurisdiction

If all courts having jurisdiction under the UCCJEA have declined jurisdiction because Louisiana is the more appropriate forum, Louisiana could have UCCJEA jurisdiction under La. R.S. 13:1803(A)(3).
